The stretcy wrap (Lifft) is an ergonomic carrier, suitable for newborn babies, from the first day (even very small babies). It can be ideal with small babies, but as the baby gets heavier, it will take some tightening to still feel comfortable, because the baby's weight will take the stretch. Some parents, when the baby reaches the age of 9-12 months, often move to a woven carrier for extended comfort.
