Welcome to the Asteraki Slings eshop. Our products are hand-sewn with care, according to your preferences, based on your order.

All prices mentioned in our web site, include Value Added Tax.  Handling charges are included in the shipping charge. For Non European Countries, duties, and customs clearance are your responsibility and are not included in shipping charges.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days and after payment is received.

Available payment methods are:

• Paypal
• Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD)
• Bank Wire Transfer
• Collect On Delivery (available in Greece only)

Available shipping methods are:

Europe: Registered post – one week delivery

Non European Countries: Registered post, one-two weeks delivery (may take longer depending on your customs policy)

Greece: Courier – 1 or 2 working days delivery

Please note that appliqués, accents and vinyl stamps are not stand-alone products and can only be purchased as add-ons to carriers (ring slings or mei tais). If you order an appliqué or a vinyl stamp separately, without ordering a carrier, our electronic system will accept the order but we will cancel it and refund your payment.

Please provide us with full and accurate shipping address. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate address, you will be charged, after your approval, in order to reship the package.

Exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date on the receipt or “exchange card”. Returns can be made 14 days from the date on the receipt. If the product was shipped, the shipping cost will be withheld in case of a return (4,90 euros for shipments in Attiki, 6,90 euros for the rest of Greece). In the case of an exchange, the cost of the shipping must be paid. No exchanges can be made for:

• woven wraps
• carriers that were custom-made to order (not from our ready-made collection)
• carriers that have been washed, or used, or aren’t in excellent condition in any way
• without the receipt or “exchange card”
• without the carriers’ packaging and any manuals
• carriers that were shipped abroad by us
• carriers that were baught at a discounted price during a promotional event (eg Black Friday)
• carriers that have already been exchanged once
