We want you to be 100% happy with your \u201cAsteraki\u201d! Before you order it, you can ask us anything you like and we can discuss in detail exactly how you would like your sling to be. Once you receive it, get in touch<\/a> with us if you have any questions or if you need any help using it. If, however, you decide not to keep it, please confirm the return with us before you send\/bring it back to us (you will be charged the shipping costs). You will need to have the exchange card or the retail sales receipt for your Asteraki.<\/p>\n

All Asteraki slings that are in perfect condition<\/strong> and have not been washed<\/strong> can be exchanged within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of purchase (or from the date on the exchange card). Returns are accepted within 14 days and only for ready-to-ship products. When you send\/bring us the carrier you do not wish to keep, your money will be refunded in full (by deposit into your own bank account or by a refund to your card). In the case of an exchange, you will be charged the shipping costs of the new delivery.<\/p>\n
