1. Your pouch is a “cylinder” of fabric with one curved seam. If your pouch is unfolded, you need to fold it lengthwise so that a pocket is created. To do this, you slide your hand inside the pouch, grab one end of the seam and join it with the other (essentially you fold the seam in half).<\/p>\n

2. You wear it folded like this on one shoulder (across the body, like a beauty pageant sash!) on whichever side is comfortable for you. The top of the pouch should hug the round part of your shoulder (not close to your neck) and the back part should be spread evenly across your back (without being “twisted”). The seam should be in front of you and the “pocket” created by the fold should open upwards. That is where your baby will go.<\/p>\n
