Method “toss up” (from the arms)
Below you will find different ways in which you can tie the straps of your Mei Tai or the tails of your Wrap (when you use it to wear your baby high on your back with the “back carry” method).
1. Hold the child in front of you by the lower part of their arms (from the elbows to the wrists).
2. Swing your arms (as if you were putting on a cape) bringing the child onto your back.
3. Your little one will “land” on your back.
4. Bring their arms around your neck and continue with the babywearing method you have chosen.
